Description

A quick spicy prawn image loaded with BIG colours! This seared 'Prawn Nebula' (IC 4628) is located in the Sagittarius Arm of the Milky Way around 6000 light years from earth. It is smeared in with smokey red emissions of hydrogen which is a byproduct of the electrons recombining with atoms to produce the visible nebula glow zangy-ness. Surrounded by a stellar nursery that contains a large number of super carolina reaper chilli hot, luminous, young stars. These hotties include two large blue-white giants belonging to the super rare spectral class-O stars. O-type stars have a relatively short lifespan as they tend to burn out quickly resulting in ending their lives as a supernova!
